Custom products

Most Promatic orthotics are made to order from the scan and details you provide. Please give us accurate information about your size, skates, and fit. If something in your order details is wrong, contact us right away. Your purchase is backed by our Fit Guarantee, described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders and pricing

We work to keep product details and prices accurate. If we find an error in a price or description on your order, we'll contact you before charging you or shipping. We can decline or cancel an order if we need to, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is handled at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you enter.

Not medical advice

Promatic orthotics are performance products built from your foot scan. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment, and nothing on our site is medical advice. If you have a foot or medical condition, talk to a qualified professional before relying on any orthotic.

Intellectual property

The Promatic name, logo, site content, and designs belong to Promatic Orthotics. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Promatic Orthotics isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
