Shipping policy

Made to order

Your orthotics are built after you order, from your scan. Production takes 2 to 3 business days once we have your scan. We confirm your timeline when you place your order, and you get a tracking number as soon as your pair ships.

Impression kits

If you order a mail-in impression kit, it ships within 2 to 3 business days. Send it back with the prepaid return label inside, and your production time starts once we receive your impression. Start to finish, the kit path usually runs about two weeks.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived in the expected window, email support@promaticorthotics.com and we'll track it down.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian orders may carry a shipping charge to cover international delivery and the return label for your impression kit. You'll see any charge at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Custom work occasionally needs an extra day to get right. If anything will push your timeline, we tell you before it becomes a problem.
