As you break them in, here are a few important tips:

• Remove your stock insoles before inserting the Promatic custom insoles.
  
  

• Fit matters — the custom insoles are designed to sit snugly in your skates, so make sure they’re flush and fully seated.
  
  

• New feel, better performance — having your heel and arch supported might feel unusual at first. That’s totally normal. Most users adjust after a few sessions and never look back.
  
  

Once you’ve skated a few times, we can assess if any adjustments are needed. If something doesn’t feel quite right, just fill out the Adjustment Form through the link on our website.

You get one free adjustment, and Promatic will cover the return shipping.
